This seasoned recruiter is a change agent who partners with businesses to effectively utilize deep experience in recruiting software engineers, technical program managers, and software development leaders. Offering superior emotional intelligence, she manages the full-cycle recruitment process from business development through the entire recruitment lifecycle. Experienced with hiring deliverables, including negotiating job offers and influencing senior leadership to spearhead innovative strategies around retention, talent, compensation planning, performance management, employee relationships, coaching, organizational development, and learning & development.
She is well-versed in recruiting technical roles such as DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, Front/Back End, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and other technical roles. Passionate about utilizing creative sourcing techniques and identifying high-caliber passive candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, employee referrals, and market data.
